You can update your information at any time with new work experiences or additional qualifications that you may have achieved which in turn will increase your points. All DMA recognised courses will enable you to qualify for additional points.

Up to the Platinum level it's all about trust.
You will be able to download an updated certificate any time you wish.
Before being awarded Ebony status, at which point you will be eligible to start the process to become a Chartered Direct Marketer, your claimed points will be thoroughly investigated and authenticated.
